Remote control and cloud diagnostics with BiBi®

Take total control of your HP Watermakers system, wherever you are.

  • World-exclusive internet interface: BiBi® is the first and only IoT interface engineered for web-based management of fully automatic marine watermakers, suitable for both new installations and retrofits.
  • Remote and predictive technical support: the system continuously monitors performance and communicates directly with HP Watermakers operations center and authorized service hubs, sending real-time notifications to address potential issues in advance.
  • Warranty extension and priority service: activating the BiBi® system adds one extra year of standard warranty to your watermaker and guarantees priority service support (e.g., for the HP SC140 RP TRONIC® model, total warranty increases from 3 to 4 years).
  • Secure Cloud management: via a secure web application, accessible with a dedicated password from smartphone, tablet or PC, you can start or stop the watermaker, reset alarms, and monitor complete onboard diagnostics with any standard internet connection.
